One year after the start of the war - we launch an exhibition for PEACE.
We are an NGO with projects in the field of education.
Celebrating our 10 year anniversary!
We wouldn’t have thought that we would celebrate our 10 year anniversary while developing “no war manifesto” projects.
We are one of the NGO’s from this region that was involved straight from the start in the Ukraine crisis. Together with other NGOs, through the “Bihor pentru Ucraina” initiative, we got involved in projects that were supporting the refugees that got in Romania, more precisely in Oradea – Transylvania. We know that we can’t do everything that should be done, but we are trying to do our part in order to help our fellow men.
We would like to give children and teenagers a voice, offering them the possibility to express how they see this “peace manifesto” through their artwork.
NGO of the year - 2017 and 2018
We were designated in 2017 and 2018 NGO of the year, during Bihor Community Gala, for educational projects. Thank you to those who awarded us this title!
20.000 children annually discriminated
We have made a decisive contribution to changing the legislation so that over 20.000 pupils annually will no longer be discriminated to the national exams in Romania.
Edu4Ruralis
Through this project we support children and schools in rural areas of Romania. We have offered and are still offering scholarships to children, both those in vulnerable environments and those who have excellent educational results. Unfortunately, in Romania there are far too big differences between urban and rural environments, between the conditions that children from the two backgrounds have.
You4Edu
Online donation platform dedicated to small NGOs and initiative groups. Those who, due to lack of resources, cannot afford to have an online donation tool to finance the projects in which they are involved. Although the NGO sector in Romania has grown a lot in recent years, there are many NGOs that have beautiful projects and need help.
Coronavirus Crisis
We were part of the viziere.ro group, so we managed to help many of those in the front line with the necessary visors in the first part of the pandemic. Together with Oradea Community Foundation, we coordinated in Bihor the production and distribution of over 8,000 visors, both in Bihor and in other counties in Romania.
You4Ability
Through You4Ability, we became a Protected Unit (Social Enterprise). Through this project we manage to better finance the projects through which we support children and young people with disabilities. Also, we offer companies the opportunity to support, through our NGO, children and young people with disabilities, whom we try to help as much as we possibly can.
You4Peace
The voice of children and young people matters and must always matter.
You4Peace provides children and young people the possibility to express their thoughts about this “peace manifesto” through artwork.
We aim to become the most important online exhibition dedicated to peace, with manifest works against war.
